Our community is struggling with keeping hair (kesh). Lots say it is what's on the inside that matter. Kirat karo, Naam japo, vand chako. I am done. This is also considered an old way of thinking. Getting the facts on why and what it means to be a Khalsa is important and a starting point for all of us to consider the direction of Kesh.


We are not fighting battles today but Sikhi and Khalsa is not just about the times when it was created. It is about a way of life that we sustain ourselves in dignity for our own existence and common good. And as Sikhi emerges in the soul, it also transcends into your physical being and hence your identity.
